- Eligibility: Applicants must be 18 years or older and have an established presence on one or more social media platforms.
- Application Process: Completion of the Tropic Air Influencer Form does not guarantee acceptance into the program. All applications will be reviewed by our team, and applicants will be notified of their status via email within 5 business days.
- Content Creation: Influencers are responsible for creating and sharing content that is authentic and relevant to Tropic Air. All content must comply with the guidelines outlined in the Influencer Agreement, including but not limited to copyright laws, disclosure agreements, and community standards.
- Compensation: Tropic Air may offer products/services in exchange for promotional efforts. Once accepted into the program, Tropic Air will not be responsible for international flights, meals, accommodations, or ground transport.
- Termination: Tropic Air reserves the right to terminate or suspend and influencer’s participation in the program at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. Reasons for termination may include but are not limited to breach of contract, failure to meet performance expectations, or conduct deemed detrimental to the Tropic Air brand.
In the event of termination due to non-compliance with performance standards or breach of contract, the influencer may be subject to charges for products or services provided by Tropic Air.
By completing and submitting the Tropic Air Influencer Form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above.
