At Tropic Air, we use an online request tool that puts your request on a level playing field. This means we are requesting the same type of information from everyone requesting a sponsorship. It also allows us to make more effective and timely decisions regarding the large volume of requests we receive each year. Before answering our online questions, it’s important to read the below so that you are prepared with the information you need to complete the process.

Giving Guidelines

Please note that we generally do not support the following types of requests:

• Financial support or cash donations.
• Sponsorship of fundraising initiatives.
• Those in support of political events.
• Individuals independently raising money for an event or non-profit organization. This includes racers or bikers needing pledges or support to achieve their individual fundraising goals.
• Third-party fundraising events without endorsement from the benefiting organization.
• Individuals or groups seeking donated or sponsored travel to conferences for speakers or delegates, training or learning programs, reunions/anniversaries, races, contests, or competitions.
